Every Thursday 6-8:30PM at La Trattoria in Santee in the Best Buy shopping center on Mission Gorge at Cuyamaca. The cuisine is what your mom would make if she were a chef - homestyle delicacies infused with all the best flavors from America, France, Italy, and Mexico; easily the best food in Santee! The building is a spanking new remodel, all the furnishings are new. The place is very nice but totally unpretentious. Reservations - 619-596-7499
Cody's is closed for remodeling. I will be back in February every Friday from 7-9PM at Cody's La Jolla. Cody's features terrific American cuisine with a great atmosphere and a view of world-famous La Jolla Cove.
